Our goal is to teach your kids to love fitness!! When they grow up having a positive association with exercise, they are more likely to continue with healthy habits into adulthood.

CrossFit Kids teaches foundational movement patterns through age-appropriate progressions and games. CrossFit Kids provides children with a portion of their prescribed amount of exercise for the week, improves muscular fitness, develops motor recruitment pathways, and ensures safe and efficient movement now as well as into the future. We ensure that our classes always promote an environment of fun and hard work.
