By signing up for a membership, you have agreed to the below Membership Agreement, to adhere to our Attendance Policy, observe our Facility Rules, and agree to our Coaching Agreement.

Any issues directly related to York County’s Membership Agreement should be forwarded to info@yorkcountytraining.com

Automatic Payment

Automatic Payment: The membership fee for your York County Training membership, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes, late fees or cancellation fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated within the Push Press Member App.

Unless you cancel your membership before the membership cancellation notice date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method. Memberships will automatically renew each month at the same payment terms.

Payment Method

Payment Method: To maintain an active York County Training membership, you must provide a Payment Method. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to our facility until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.

You may update your Payment Method via the Push Press App.

Pause Policy

Pause Policy: Clients may put their membership on pause, for a period no less than 3 weeks and for up to 6 weeks per calendar year. Notice of pause request must be given to York County Training via email to info@yorkcountytraining.com prior to the first day of the requested hold and will not be issued retroactively.

Pauses cannot be issued for under 3 weeks. Should you need to pause your membership for over 6 weeks in a calendar year, your membership will be cancelled in order to allow new members to join York County Training who are then on our Membership Waitlist. All payments drawn prior to the requested pause will not be refunded. Clients will not be billed while the membership is on pause and billing will resume automatically upon end of the membership pause period.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: Four-week memberships renew automatically. We require 7-days notice via email to cancel a renewal of a four-week membership.

Membership Waitlist

Membership Waitlist: While we strive to help as may people in Fredericton and surrounding areas pursuant to our mission and values, we want to ensure our current members have ample opportunity to attend class throughout the week without being waitlisted every day. Should waitlists become longer and members are having difficulties reserving for class, York County Training may close off our membership temporarily to facilitate a reduction in waitlists.

Accordingly, should a member wish to cancel or pause their membership for longer than 6 weeks, and our membership is waitlisted, that member, when they desire to resume their membership at York County Training, will be put onto the Membership Waitlist until memberships open back up.

Membership Rates

Membership Rate Change: Membership rates are subject to change at any time with 45 days notice.

Communication

Communication Policy: All communication regarding membership concerns must be sent via email to info@yorkcountytraining.com. Please do not send cancellation messages to our Facebook page or other social media sites. Failure to attend class does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for your membership.
