CrossFit Legends

Where age is just a number.

The Legends class is our 55+ fitness program. This program will make you stronger and improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, mobility, and stability. Stick with us and you’ll see improved blood markers and bone density, increased muscle mass, and find yourself enjoying the camaraderie of others who share your enthusiasm for healthy living.

Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am
